Top Things to Know:

1) The primary treatment room is located within Venture X (Ste 202). We recommend typing “Willow Sage Massage” into Apple Maps for the most accurate directions to the studio. (Ref. Policies)

2) Studios hours are: Mon-Wed and Fri-Sat (9AM - 2PM). The studio’s closed on Sundays and Thursdays. Sessions scheduled outside of normal studio hours incur a Special Request Fee of $100. (Ref. FAQ 20)

3) Please pre-book in advance as same-day appointments are generally unavailable unless you’ve been waitlisted.

4) Existing and new clients must complete a new intake form before next scheduled appointment. (Ref. FAQ 1 & 12)

5) Effective October 1, 2025, the Weekly Wellness Perks will be discontinued, but stay encouraged as you continue enjoying the ongoing Willow Wellness Monthly Perks. Please also note a modest price adjustment of $15−$30 on all services will take effect December 1, 2025, to maintain quality of services and a competitive position.

6) Due to popular request, both physical Gift Vouchers and instant eGift Cards are now available for purchase.

7) Willow Sage Massage highly recommends everyone to stay up to date with the Policies and FAQs to help answer most common questions you may have prior to the day of your session. Answering calls while in-session interrupts the tranquil environment and flow of the massage, which I aim to prevent for every client, including you.
